Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIPragmatics website (aipragmatics.com) and our products, including AquaSolvAI and AIntellect (together, the “Services”), provided by AIPragmatics Pvt. Ltd. (“AIPragmatics”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

If you use a Service as an employee or authorized user of a customer organization (“Customer”), your use is also governed by the agreement between AIPragmatics and that Customer; where these Terms and that agreement conflict, the Customer agreement controls for that Customer’s use. Anyone submitting an inquiry or demo request through our website agrees to these Terms for that interaction.

2. Accounts & Access

• Product accounts are provisioned by a Customer’s administrator; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may not share your account, attempt to access data outside your assigned role, or circumvent access controls.
• We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is requested by the Customer administrator.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Services or access data you are not authorized to see.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Use Matsya or Predictive Insights features to generate outputs that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.

4. Customer Data

As between AIPragmatics and a Customer, the Customer retains all rights to the operational data it enters into the Services (shops, orders, payments, field records, and similar). AIPragmatics processes this data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy, and does not use Customer data to train third-party foundation models.

5. Matsya & Predictive Features

The Services include Matsya, our built-in assistant, and Predictive Insights (classical statistical forecasting and scoring, computed on your organization’s own data). These features are provided as decision-support tools — outputs are generated from historical data and general-purpose language models, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it for a business decision.

6. Plans, Fees & Availability

Certain features (GPS field-travel oversight, Predictive Insights, and Matsya) are gated by subscription plan and, where applicable, subject to usage limits (e.g. a monthly query cap) as agreed with your Customer organization or AIPragmatics directly. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, branding, and underlying technology, are owned by AIPragmatics or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as authorized by your Customer organization or by us directly — no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPragmatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment (where applicable), or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable Customer agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
