Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 July 2026
AIPragmatics Pvt. Ltd. (“AIPragmatics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds applied AI products, including AquaSolvAI and AIntellect. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you’re visiting our marketing site or using one of our products as an authorized user of a customer (“tenant”) organization.
1. Scope
This policy covers aipragmatics.com and our SaaS products (AquaSolvAI, AIntellect, and successors). Where a product is used by employees of a customer organization under a business agreement, that organization is the data controller for its own operational data (e.g. shop, order, and field-staff records), and AIPragmatics acts as a data processor on its behalf. This policy describes our processing practices as both.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & identity data: name, email, phone number, role, and organizational hierarchy, provided by you or your organization’s administrator at account creation.
- Operational data: business records your organization enters into the product — shops, orders, payments, inventory, expenses, field visits, and similar.
- Location data: GPS coordinates captured during field-tracking features (e.g. daily movement, shop check-ins), only where that module is enabled for your organization and only during active work sessions.
- Matsya conversations: messages you send to and receive from Matsya, our in-product assistant, stored to preserve conversation memory across sessions, scoped to your account.
- Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser/device type, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and reliability.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content submitted through our website’s contact or demo-request forms.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the products you or your organization use.
- To power intelligent features — predictive insights (demand forecasting, collections-risk scoring, route optimization, reorder suggestions) computed via classical statistical methods on your organization’s own data, and Matsya, our assistant that answers questions grounded in your role-scoped data.
- To authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and maintain audit logs for security.
- To send transactional communications — account setup, password resets, OTP verification, and service notices.
- To respond to inquiries submitted via our website.
- To improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
4. Matsya & Third-Party Service Providers
Matsya is powered by a third-party large language model service under contract. When you send a message, a role-scoped summary of your relevant business data and your message text are sent to that provider to generate a response. We do not use your organization’s data to train third-party foundation models. Predictive Insights features (demand forecasting, collections risk, route optimization, reorder suggestions) run entirely on classical statistical calculations within our own infrastructure — no external model provider is involved in computing them.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only:
- Within your own organization, according to the role-based access rules configured by your administrator.
- With infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g. cloud hosting, database, email/SMS delivery, and the language model service described above), bound to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIPragmatics, our customers, or others.
6. Data Retention
Operational data is retained for as long as your organization’s account remains active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, tax, or contractual obligations. Matsya conversation history is retained until you clear it from within the product or your account is deactivated. Deactivated tenant organizations may have data retained for a limited period to support reactivation, after which it is deleted.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed/encrypted password and OTP storage, tenant-level database isolation, role-based access control, rate limiting, account lockout on repeated failed logins, and audit logging of authentication events. No system is perfectly secure, and we continuously work to improve our safeguards.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your role and jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. If you are an end user of a customer organization, please contact your organization’s administrator first, as they control your account. For any other request, contact us at administration@aipragmatics.com.
9. Cookies
Our marketing website uses only essential cookies/local storage required for basic functionality. Our products use local/session storage to keep you signed in and to support offline order/payment capture — this data stays on your device until synced or cleared.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our products are business tools intended for use by adults acting on behalf of an organization. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our website or products after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
